June That Alpine Quilt Group

The following are quilts from show and tell for our June quilt group. As usual there are some great ones.
I love the grays and golds in this one. Janice did a wonderful job.
Fabulous Christmas quilt.
This one uses Promenade designed by Cyndi Walker for Riley Blake Designs. Aniva Willoughby hand appliqued and pieced this quilt. I love how it turned out.
Love this cute quilt. The hand applique is beautiful. Some of the pieces are so tiny. Look at all those cute houses.
Now this quilt is spectacular. Laurel pieced the quilt. The pattern is available at Broadbents.
Everything about this quilt is fabulous. The colors, the blocks and the borders. Beautiful!
Our trunk show was by a cute lade called PJ. She has quilted for sixteen years and had some great quilts to show our group. These were just a few of my favorites.
This quilt used 1930’s reproductions fabrics.
Love the color contrast and three dimensional design you can see.
This quilt represents the mountains.
A wonderful block she found in a magazine and then placed into this quilt.
Darling block of the month quilt.
Love how the yellow makes this such a happy quilt. Beautiful applique.
This was my other favorite quilt of the evening. The cute applique cherries create another three dimensional look.
This was another block of the month quilt. Great color combinations.
I hope all these fun quilts were an inspiration and put you in the mood to quilt.
Happy Sewing.
Jina

  1. For sure I'm missing out. I wish I didn't have a big work meeting at 5 on the last Tuesday of the month. By the time I'm done working all day and then a stressful meeting, I usually don't get home until 7:00 or later. And I am so wrung out that I don't want to even talk to anyone. I wish it was different. But this isn't forever. I miss everyone.
