I am so excited to be part of Fabric Fest 2013. 
Riley Blake Designs has a lot of fun things in store for you. 
My name is Jina Barney and I have been playing with fabric and crafts my whole life. I love it all! I’ve been quilting for over 25 years and was addicted the minute I started petting all my cute fat quarters that I would collect and purchase just because… I will be involved with many things at Fabric Fest, one of which will be teaching a class showing my newest pattern addition called “Fine Feathered Friends”. 
There are 3 Fine Feathered Friends that I need to introduce you to. 
First is Elvis. 
He’s cool and suave with a very hip style of his own. 

 

                                             
                                    Second is Henrietta. As you can see she has quite the attitude.
                                             She loves high fashion and requires constant attention.

     

                                 Third is Lewy. He is sweet and respectable among the girls.

This quilt will be available as a kit with the fabrics and embellishments  needed to finish the quilt top. We will learn how to piece quickly and efficiently. I’ll also teach several applique methods and you can choose your favorite. This pattern will be a nice addition to my Butterfly Kisses Pattern.

                                                                                      
  
For the next several weeks follow the blogs from various designers who will be teaching at Fabric Fest. They will share the fun classes and techniques they will be teaching. There is something for everyone.
