Baby Bib and Flower Embellishment

This is from a new pattern called ” Baby Couture.” I am showing a simplified version.

You will cut a fabric for the top and bottom. I added a ruffle in between the layers to create some embellishment on the bib front.

Once those layers are sewn. Press. Top stitch through all layers.

Trace pattern onto the wrong side of the bib back.

Sew on traced line.

Trim very close to the edge. Leave about an 1/8″ seam allowance.

Turn right side out. Top stitch close to edge of bib front.

Embellish with yoyo’s or the flower from the baby hat.

Sew a piece of velcro to each side as a closure.

Adorable!

Super easy! Super fun! Match to the baby burp cloth, baby onsie and hat.
They make great baby gifts.
Happy Sewing!
