I have so many great ideas that I used to make for my girls when they were little. I just never made them into patterns. Now I have patterns available. I started my pattern company with inspiration coming from my little niece Paige who passed away from a tragic accident. She is in my constant thoughts and I think of her parents and brothers often. I thought it would be a nice dedication to Paige to name my pattern company in memory of her. At Paige’s funeral we let out live butterflies from small packages and watched them fly away. Thus, Butterfly Kisses.
Butterfly Kisses first pattern is the Paige Sundress and Bloomers. The Sundress top crisscrosses in the front and is tied at the neck. The front is trimmed with Riley Blake Designs velvet rick rack. The fabric is by Riley Blake Designs called Just Dreamy. It has cute little bloomers with ruffled trim at the bottom of the legs. The pattern includes easy to read instructions with pictures and full size pattern pieces sizes one year to six years old. You’ll love your finished outfit that can be worn with or without a shirt and look darling on your little one.
Butterfly Kisses second pattern is named after Olivia because she loves a twirling skirt. This skirt is simple and yet striking in the Just Dreamy collection from Riley Blake Designs. The easy to ready instructions and pictures make this a quick and fun project. The pattern includes sizes three years to twelve years old. Everything can be cut with a rotary cutter or scissors, ruler and mat. It can be dressed up with a little sweater and blouse or worn casual by wearing it with flip flops and a t- shirt.
Butterfly Kisses third pattern is named after my niece Gracee who is so prim and proper. This cute little tunic is gathered at the neck and armholes. It has velvet rick rack on the bottom of the tunic. The closure in back is a simple rick rack loop with a button. Underneath are charming bloomers with a ruffled edge trimmed with more rick rack. The pattern comes with easy to read instructions, pictures and full size pattern pieces. It includes sizes three years to eight years old.
