My quilts always tell a story and are a way for me to express how I feel. This quilt represents the fire within me… the burning desire to make change and do good in the world. The stars represent us all being the star of our own life. The black color in the center star within the star is the burning desire to bring to life what I was born to do. I had some very unique opportunities come my way and I was able to see them and grab them and harness them into a new company called Downunder Diversions and another company called Poppie Cotton. Over the last several years they have kept me busy and anxiously engaged in helping those around me to love and to learn the art of quilting and sewing.
