This is some little girl’s best dress with no zippers or button holes to fiddle with. It has a simple tie in
the back which easily slips over their head. The Peter Pan collar gives this dress a retro feel, yet has a
simple and elegant look for any special occasion. The sash ties in a knot, at the front of the dress, to finish
